Returns Policy
You may return any products you have purchased within 7 days of delivery. To do so you must notify us by email within those 7 days. You will then be entitled to a refund from the CSFI, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the products to the CSFI. While in your possession, you must keep the products you intend to return to us in good condition.

If...

- the product delivered is not what you ordered; or

- the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality;

... the CSFI will, at its discretion:

- deliver to you a replacement product; OR

- refund you the price you paid, plus any reasonable you costs incur when returning the products.

If you have any complaints, you should direct them to us via email at info@csfi.org or by post to the Publications Section, 73 Leadenhall Market, London, EC3V 1LT.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Terms of Service
The CSFI sells hard copies of its reports through this website.

The CSFI uses Squarespace ecommerce technology and Stripe payments technology to handle sales of its hard copy reports.

All products are dispatched within 48hrs using First Class Mail.

This website may be used to purchase items for UK delivery only.

The risk of loss and the title in the product passes to you upon the CSFI's delivery to the carrier.

If you wish to order an item for delivery outside the UK, please contact the CSFI on 020 7621 1056 or info@csfi.org. Product prices remain the same irrespective of the delivery destination, but delivery costs will vary. The CSFI will provide you with a quote for your international order (including the cost of delivery). Payments for international orders cannot be accepted through the website.

You are making an offer when placing an order that can be accepted or declined. The offer is accepted once payment has been successfully taken for the product(s) being purchased. For credit card payments, this will be when your card is debited. For all other payments, this will be when cleared funds have reached the CSFI’s bank account.

The CSFI is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means ('Confirmation') to the email address you have given us on registration or on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 28 days. Delivery will be made by an appropriate carrier.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card, or any electronic cash, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services.

Privacy
When you order goods from us, we will also store the following information about you:

- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Details of your order(s)
- The delivery address(es) for your order(s)
- Your billing address(es)

We may contact you regarding your order, but once your order has been fulfilled we will not contact you in the future.

All payments by credit card over the Internet are processed through a secure server by Stripe on our behalf. We do not handle your credit card information. Stripe does not provide us with any customer credit or debit card details. Stripe’s privacy policy can be found here: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

Whilst we take every precaution to protect the information you supply, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we make no warranty as to the security of any information you transmit to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

We have no desire to infringe your privacy while using our site and we will never provide your personal information to anyone else except if we sell our business in whole or in part.

Companies perform functions on our behalf, such as fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail etc. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

The Secretariat will release personal information only where it believes such release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or safety of the Secretariat or users, or others.
