Agenda

Another treat… last month, we had Nicolas Veron to back up our regular spiritual guide, Graham Bishop – the eponymous entrepreneur behind grahambishop.com.  For December, our special guest is Karel Lannoo, CEO of the Centre for European Policy Studies in Brussels.

I am sure most of you know CEPS; it is one of Europe’s leading think-tanks – and the only one in Brussels that covers all European policy areas.  It is run by Karel and his colleague Daniel Gros.  Karel has written extensively on EU finance issues (his most recent paper is on the cost of non-Europe in capital markets), and – to put it bluntly – there is no one who counts in Brussels who doesn’t know and respect his work.

So, a hard act for Graham to top – but I am sure he will give it a go. Considering all that is going on, this is not a meeting to miss. If you (or a colleague) would like to join us, or share your thoughts, please let us know by calling the Centre on 0207 7621 1056 or by emailing alex@csfi.org.  Thanks to the generosity of our friends at Grant Thornton, there will be tea, coffee and plenty of buns.
